Good leaders don't always lead from the front.
They just do two things well:
1. Show them the way: clear the ambiguity and inspire action in the right direction by infusing meaning and purpose into work.
2. Get out of the way: create an environment where people are not afraid to take ownership, make mistakes, fail, learn and grow.
