How strange that we look for 'motivated' people when hiring. As if motivation is a fixed trait, like skin color or height.
I am yet to meet an individual who is always high on motivation.
Motivation is a state of mind that is influenced by one's circumstances and surroundings.
Rather than trying to hire motivated people, shouldn't organizations focus on building a work environment that maximizes motivation for their employees?
