Good leaders don't necessarily focus on people.
They focus on 'Purpose'. And that is good for their people.
When the purpose is clear upfront:
✅ People are more inspired and motivated. Because they see the big picture.
✅ People generally have more clarity on what needs to get done - by them and by others. There is little room for ambiguity.
✅ Leaders are more accountable for their actions. People can spot if the leader is straying away from 'Purpose'.
✅ Hard decisions and course corrections are easy because people understand why those decisions are needed.
Leaders who focus on purpose make their people feel as if they are equal stakeholders.
Most importantly, people feel like they are being treated as adults, not kids.
