First and foremost, invest in enhancing your own talent at all stages of your career.
Second, learn to spot, attract, and hold good talent in your portfolio. A talented team member, a talented manager, or a talented peer are priceless assets. If you have the good fortune of having one in your circle, you know what I mean by priceless. Invest in them and place big bets on them.
