If you are a manager or a leader, your greatest gift to your team is clarity.
-Why are we doing this?
-How to do/approach it?
-What is the expected impact/outcome?
Clarity is also the bare minimum that your team expects from you.
If someone comes seeking it and you don’t have it, please don’t fake it or deflect the ask.
These are the moments when you lose trust, almost never to be retrieved.
