I love reading. it's my escape from the world.
Hated it though when in my early school years, my mom would literally force me to sit with a book on weekends.
I love running. It's my meditation. Am almost addicted to the happy hormones it generates.
Hated it when in my early days in the boarding school, the PT instructors mercilessly shepherded us on cross-country runs.
I love slide making (yes, you heard it right; I still do!). The thrill of conveying complex ideas succinctly gets me into my 'flow'.
Hated it when in my early years in consulting, my managers would nit-pick on nuances and make me iterate on my slides multiple times.
I can go on.
