Sometimes we get so obsessed with the destination that on getting there we realize that:
1. We lost sight of why we started the journey in the first place
2. We left something behind that we terribly miss now
3. We missed out on the joy of the journey
All of the above are seemingly valid - but entirely wrong - excuses to let your life be static.
Journey we must, with destination - almost any destination - as an excuse to start.
Keep walking, walk mindfully, and enjoy the little detours and sceneries on your way. If one of those detours takes you to a different destination, so be it.
And yes, travel light. Don't take yourself or your destination too seriously.
