Luxury Beliefs - the new status symbol of the cultural elite.
This concept has been itching into my mind since I came across this over the weekend.
How often do we try to emulate the belief and/or practices of someone we admire or consider successful, without giving much thought to how it aligns to the unique realities of our own life?
Here is the catch with such beliefs:
If you replicate it successfully, you may not realize the same level of benefit as the person you are following.
If you are not able to do it because your life circumstances do not allow it, you may live under guilt blaming yourself for your imperfection.

We are all different, rather unique. Our beliefs do not have to be the same.
Living a life that works for the unique you is 10x better than chasing someone else's lifestyle and beliefs.
Next time, pause and reflect before blindly following someone's beliefs or advice, including this one.
