Silver or bronze - which medal will make you happier?
Turns out, if you are gunning for joy (not glory), bronze beats silver.
Science says so. And I concur.
Silver = I could have won gold.
Bronze = Grateful I got a medal.
It’s all about mental framing.
Got me thinking: how often do we undervalue our wins because they aren’t perfect?
